By accepting the offer to participate in the Workshop BUY LITHUANIA 2025, I agree to the terms set out in this document.
INTRODUCTION
The following Regulations are the general rules for participation in Buy Lithuania 2026, an international B2B Workshop organized by Lithuania Travel, the Lithuanian National Tourism Development Agency, and the official Event Operator Estravel Vilnius, JSC.
OFFICIAL LANGUAGE
The official Buy Lithuania 2025 language is English.
TERMS OF ATTENDANCE
To be eligible to participate in the Workshop, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- have provided incoming services for group and/or individual travelers for a minimum of 2 years.
- must be final decision makers, representing companies actively seeking new business opportunities with Tour Operators, Travel Agencies and Wholesalers from the event target markets.
- must be fluent in English.
- must have a website in English showcasing incoming tourism products or services.
- Inbound tour operators must possess an inbound tourism license.
- only classified or registered accommodation establishments are eligible to participate in the event.
- membership in international tourism organizations or/and associations, or/and international representation is considered an advantage.
- accommodation establishments a) with 80 or more rooms; b) with 2 or more properties in Lithuania, either part of an international or local chain/group are considered advantageous for participation.
- participation in B2B events in the last 2 years is considered an advantage.
- only one person from a company can participate in the Workshop.
REGISTRATION & ADMISSION
Eligible applicants must complete and submit the online registration form no later than December 17, 2025. Due to limited availability, priority will be given to the first requests received.
PLEASE NOTE that the completion of the registration form does not automatically confirm participation.
Once the registration is complete, the registrant will receive an automatic notification confirming that the "registration is successfully complete".
All registrations will undergo a thorough review, and qualified participants will be granted access to participate in the Workshop.
Lithuanian National Tourism Development Agency “Lithuania Travel” will conduct a final validation of participants, and organizers will notify applicants of the outcome by January 7, 2026.
Participants who are not accepted for participation will have the opportunity to reapply for the next “Buy Lithuania” Workshop.
PARTICIPATION FEE & PAYMENT TERMS
Participation fee for Suppliers is 200 €. This fee includes:
Participation in the Workshop on January 30, 2026.
Pre-scheduled B2B meetings with Hosted Buyers from the event target markets.
Coffee breaks.
Value Added Tax (VAT).
Only one person from each company is permitted to attend the workshop.
It is important to emphasize that the above costs are applicable for one representative per company.
The invoice for the payment will be promptly issued and sent to you shortly after confirmation of participation at the workshop.
The payment term is 14 days from the date of invoice receipt.
CANCELLATIONS, NO SHOWS & REFUNDS
If you find it necessary to cancel your participation in Buy Lithuania 2025 Workshop, kindly notify the Organizer in writing at buylithuania@estravel.lt
The cancellation will only be deemed effective upon receiving a written acknowledgement from the Organizer.
Cancellations received on or before January 15, 2026, do not incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellations received after January 15, 2026, will incur a fee of 200 Eur.
Should a circumstance arise whereby you have to cancel your participation, you may request to substitute another person from your organization. The Organizer retains the right to accept the substitute person after reviewing their fully completed application form.
In the event of a “no show”, the Organizer will cancel your Supplier status and reserves the right to blacklist you, preventing you from reapplying for subsequent events.
GENERAL CONDITIONS & CHANGES
To enhance the organization of the event, the Event Organizer reserves the right to make any necessary changes.
Regrettably, The Organizer cannot guarantee appointments for Suppliers with the Workshop Buyers, as these are subject to availability at all times.
All matters and questions not explicitly covered by these Terms and Conditions are subject to the decision of the Organizer. The foregoing Terms and Conditions may be amended or supplemented by the Organizer at their discretion.
The Suppliers agree to comply with any and all amendments and changes made by the Organizer as well as with the rules and regulations outlined in the present Suppliers Terms and Conditions.
